We were able to return documents to the Carmarthen office where the lady at the desk was just lovely and really efficient in sending things over. Heather and Victoria kept us fully updated, always replied promptly to any queries or e mails so we were never left wondering what was happening. They were friendly, we could phone them directly and they quickly reminded us if we hadn't returned something they needed. They definitely helped reduce the stress and worry about selling and buying at the same time, which we had never done previously (and it was very stressful)!
