Three of my family mobiles were bought here and as I am not up with tech I am always popping in with queries and Jackie and the boys are very very helpful . I wouldn’t go anywhere else .

Very good service! The phone wasn't working at a 100%, but I returned to my nearest Carphone Warehouse branch where the staff replaced with a new handset within minutes with no hassle at all!! Great phone & service!

Really nice man who I talked to sadly he wasnt able to help me much only point me vaguely in the right direction (partly my fault).. I'm a nooby to phones,tarrifs,contracts,sims,dataplans etc etc Wasnt much of an ok let's start from the bottom and work our way up kinda begginers greeting. Wanted to upgrade my 3 Year OLD (2013) talkmobile £10 contract which has (500mb data) to a NEW (2016) £15 contract (8GB data) but the guy seemed to have no jurisdiction in actually getting that deal and couldn't help at all. Didn't really even get a quote on deals other that 15GB of data was gonna be much more than £15 "what you already pay" I got my deal which exists by just phoning up talkmobile done in 12mins odd how carphone warehouse had nothing much to say. Side note: There was no seating which is odd because it can often take a while to get contracts and upgrades done, there systems can often be really slow and getting a new phone can often take 30+ mins.
