We popped in to see about the SIM only deals. Thanks to the infamous Lewis, we found a perfect deal, I even upgraded my contract saving time and money and Kelly now has a Lenovo tablet which is perfect for book reading! Lewis was very informative, works very hard (and a lot ;-) ) and made the experience a fun one! Brilliant work Lewis, and fantastic job THREE!

Had an absolute amazing experience at the three shop in Carmarthen. Lewis was helping my partner with getting a new phone. He was so lovely, gave us so much information and we had lots of laughs 😃.

The people that work in this shop are great. They go above and beyond and never make you feel that you are inadequate when struggling with technology. I have also learnt today that they are offering learning sessions to try and assist anyone who feels that they are digitally isolated or that would just like to learn more how technology can help us get more connected. This service in part is funded by the staff working voluntary overtime. Massive thanks to this team for all their hard work and they should be praised for their efforts. 👏👏👏

I cannot thank or praise, Daniel and his team enough. Not only did they resolve my problems quickly, they saved me money. As a disabled person, suffering with anxiety. I had already entered the store, with raised levels. I felt the team explained things in great detail and even wrote information down for me. I left the store feeling a lot calmer than I had entered it. I am more than happy to recommend Daniel and his team. They are a credit to three.

Hi I just wanted to sing the praises of Lewis & Dan at the Carmarthen 3 Store, especially Lewis, he has dealt with me on at least 4 different occasions & is a friendly & knowledgeable guy, he also has great banter. This occasion of getting an upgrade on my son's phone has been very challenging to say the least but through no fault of the store it has really been an up hill struggle. If it wasn't for Lewis, I wouldn't have persevered for the new upgrade but he tried his best to get things on track with the help of Dan (who btw makes a mean cup of tea) believe me it was needed. Thanks again guy's for everything!!
