Excellent service at Carmarthen Vodafone shop yesterday. Multiple IT issues prevented me upgrading my contracts in my local shop and online however the staff in Carmarthen accepted the challenge to overcome the complex issues and provided me with new contracts/upgrades. I am eternally grateful Highly recommended

Service from Becky I have to say Becky has served us a few times to help with technical issues. She is absolutely fantastic! Always helpful, sorts the issue out and even if she can't in the shop writes it down for you to call 191. You don't get great customer service much anywhere these days but Becky really does go above & beyond. Thank you

Saw the manager here and she couldn't do enough to resolve my ongoing problems with Vodafone. Especially when I call and I'm on the phone for over a hour. So to see someone face to face was great and she was so helpful so thank you so much 💓
