Norma Davies Opticians

I have been using Norma Davies Opticians for over 30 years and I won't go anywhere else. I have always received first class treatment and care, and find the thoroughness of the opthalmic health assessments immensely reassuring as I get older. Not, only that, but the wonderful selection of up to date frames, the top quality lenses and the personal attention of everyone in the team make every experience so very enjoyable. Expensive, yes, but you get what you pay for.

I’ve just had my second pair of glasses from Norma Davies. They are absolutely wonderful. Great style and fantastic quality. The eye examination is extremely thorough. The most important thing though is the staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they make you feel so welcome.

I was made to feel welcome from the start . The optician was professional, with many years experience., and explained the procedure and test results in a simple but thorough manner. The support staff were a credit to the firm, being pleasant , welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. All staff at Norma Davies, Carmarthen are highly professional and friendly....I trust their advice on eye health issues and tests, as well as advice on frame styles and lens options. My personal priorities at 65 years, are checks, scans and reassurances about my eye health. I'm not interested in bargains and discounts, where ultimately my vision could well be put at risk. I'm delighted and reassured in wearing another pair of Silhouette frames, sure in the knowledge that my eye health is in safe hands!

Wonderful experience buying new glasses recently. Felt very taken care of and the whole process was very smooth. The customer service was outstanding and all the staff lovely. The choice of quality frames was endless and they were able to order in any frames they didn't have, without any pressure to buy.
