Pets at Home Carmarthen

Amazingly friendly staff! From the moment we walked through the door this slightly smaller stores staff were all smiles and very helpful (first thing on a Sunday too) gave us lots of Information regarding our puppy and the vip card so we got the best deals out there!

Great shop found and got exactly what I needed without any issues, until I got to the till when tge staff member on the till made me guilty about not paying for money to go to an animal charity of there choosing when I support the animal charities I choose to support.

I came in earlier today looking for something in particular and although the store didn’t have it the customer service from a particular lady with dark hair & a piercing was lovely. She was super friendly and helpful :) made me feel welcome!
