Pizza Hut Restaurants

I visited here while I was in Wales seeing family. Not a fan of self service, quite literally the staff didn't want to do much at all. Had to ask at least 3 times for things. Food however was great, cooks kept the buffet well stocked. Prefer to be waited on when eating out so I don't think this will be a place I eat at anymore..

Food was nice, but expensive for what you get. Drinks were also very expensive. Desserts were included in the deal and were very nice. The cookie dough is very sweet...and I like sweet things. Service was slow, and it was not overly busy. Considering the restaurant is cashless and most ordering is done via your own phone, it's not clear why the service is slow. The restaurant can sometimes be quite cold due to air conditioning. However, during this particular visit, it was a very hot day and was greatly appreciated.

Service was awful. Took you to a table asked if any allergies and that was it. Bought glasses over and never saw anyone again. Help yourself to the buffet and salad and pizza, no labels on Anything to say what they were, especially for people with allergies. They asked when they took you to the table and that was it, what was the point in that. Was very disappointed and certainly won't go again ot recommend. What happened to old fashion service and a smile. Why would you want to leave a tip on their app when you don't see anyone . 🤔

We went for my birthday as I love Pizza Hut. I had the buffet so I could go up as many times as I wanted. I had Margarita and the pasta with broccoli in witch I can never remember the name of but they are the BEST and I had an unlimited drink (Pepsi Max of course) I had an amazing time with friends. We even had a booth and it’s a very nice restaurant lay out. The only reason I’m doing four stars not five is because at the entrance when we walked in, the first booth was full of Pizza boxes and stuff for the restaurant. The kitchen back red wall had yellow tape down the sides. That’s the only complaints I have. The staff and the manager are so so nice 😊 also I absolutely love the old Pepsi neon sign
