It was November’22 and our boiler failed. Troy had worked on our house previously as part of an attic conversion job and we were very happy with his work then. We contacted him and in all fairness he pulled out all the stops and squeezed us in very quickly! Great job again..😁

Our gas boiler broke down and l Phoned Troy to come and see what the problem was . He turned up in an hour. The boiler was 15 years old. We decided to have a new one. Within a week the new boiler was fitted. What an excellent job he done. Took the old boiler away and left the kitchen clean and tidy and the new boiler was a good price. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks once again Troy.

Called in to give a quote when he said he would, happy with the price and then called in the next day to fix the issue with my toilet. Can't fault the service and highly reccomend thid company. Will be using them again in future.

Troy first helped us out with an emergency repair on our boiler which was a great help. We have since decided to replace the old boiler and Troy was able to confidently talk us through our options and advise us on the best replacement. He completed the work efficiently and at a reasonable cost. We would highly recommend Troy. Great work.

We've used Troy for a few years now, installing a new radiator, fixing a toilet etc and recently our existing boiler broke and we needed a new heating system installed. We wanted the boiler moved from a bedroom, with all new pipework needing installing, plus two heating zones and moving the gas pipe - not an easy install. Yes, we did have to wait for Troy to fit us in - but this is because he's a damn good plumber and always busy. He started the job on the agreed day, turned up on time and came every day until the job was completed. He is extremely knowledgeable, very helpful and was always pleasant. We are delighted with our new heating system, the standard of work is excellent and we will continue to use Troy for all our plumbing needs in the future. Five star service!
