Good service from a knowledgeable tradesman. Arrived when he said and serviced my boiler and got it going again. Had an unrelated issue later in the day and Vyv was happy to travel back out to get my boiler going. Worked late into the evening and did not leave until I had my heating and hot water working again. Would definitely use again and would recommend to others.

I met Vyv recently when he replaced a worn out boiler. He is very professional and does not stop until the work is done. On account of me having a neurological disability Vyv had to explain what to do with the boiler if the pressure dropped etc ...numerous times. He was very patient with me which was reassuring. He had to come back to tweak something and did not leave until he was sure I was happy with the results as much as he was. Vyv also told me to contact him anytime if I have problems. I would highly recommend Vyv to anyone. Very happy customer.
