After experiencing a frustrating two years of ineffective and half hearted attempts by other Agents to sell my property, I finally had the good fortune of putting my property in the capable hands of Nicki and her Staff at Swift Move Llanelli. Right from the start Nicki took charge and got things rolling by producing an excellent brochure, personally attending all viewings, answering all queries as they arose and kept me in the loop at all times. Everything was professional right from the start to the finish when Nicki sold my house - it took just 8 weeks! I could have saved myself a lot of time, bother and worry if I had gone to Swift Move first but I got there in the end and couldn't be happier with the outcome. From start to Finish, Nicky showed us such knowledge of the area and of each property with great detail. Always professional, friendly and above all helpful. What Nicky showed us that she cared and genuinely wanted the best for everyone. Listened to what we wanted and guided us. Fantastic service from Nikki and her team. Nikki explained everything. In advance. The costs were also very reasonable. So professional and polite went over and beyond in getting my house sold. She kept me updated throughout. My house was sold on the first day of viewing which was amazing thanks to her hard work. You can tell that Nikki is very experienced as everything was handled with no issues. One of the best estate agents I have come across.
