I have always found Swift to be helpful and professional. They have helped me provide a home for two tenants and all dealings have gone smoothly and efficiently. New Review - November 2020. Swift did it again - what a superb service. I asked them to sell a Cafe property in the middle of the pandemic and 7 weeks later it was sold at an acceptable price. The quality of support was second to none. Recently used Swift to manage my property that has been rented out. From the word go Ben kept in contact with me and explained each process to me which he explained to me in a way that I was able to understand easily. He was very professional and responsive with all aspects of correspondence. Will certainly be recommending swift to my family and friends and will continue to use swift myself to manage my rental properties.

We have rented from Swift since May 2019. We have rented two properties from them and both were high quality and lovely homes. If we ever had any problems we contacted Swift and they arranged someone to sort it straight away. They are very professional and will do everything in their power to make sure we are supported and that whilst they are there to support and work with their landlords they also assist and work with us as the tenants so we feel comfortable in our own homes. We are sad to leave Carmarthen and Swift, as we wanted to live in the last house we rented from them on a long term basis, however work commitments were taking too much of a toll when it came to travelling. I want to also add that Megan and Lydia are two of the best individuals working in Swift and they really did make our experience that much better.

From the first contact with Ben we got nothing but courtesy and helpfulness. We live a long way away from the area and Ben was always willing to fit in with our travel arrangements, letting us into the house many times. He also arranged access for surveyor and inspection visits. Ben seems to know everyone who can do anything and even after we bought the house we feel we can ask him for help. We feel that this company was interested in selling us a home rather than just a house. Finally getting the keys was joyous and the staff even welcomed our dog!
