Carters Removals

After discovering just two weeks before our move that the firm we’d arranged to do the move hadn’t actually booked us in, Nick Carter came to our rescue. He was at our farm to look at the job within less than an hour of contacting him and was so professional and efficient that it was an easy decision to engage Carter’s services when the quote arrived the next day. The information and resources on Carter’s website to make the move go as smoothly as possible were so helpful. The move was completed exactly as planned over two days with extreme care taken by Nick and his three staff members to protect our possessions and place them exactly where we’d asked regardless of the additional challenge due to the bulk and weight of some of the furniture. We can’t thank Nick and his crew enough and highly recommend Carter’s to anyone looking for removal services. Simply the best!

Absolutely first class removal company. Nick, Alan and Liam moved us from Wareham in Dorset to the Pontardawe area of South Wales over a period of 5 days. Additional packing service was actioned extremely well, with no damage at all to all furniture, ornaments and pictures. Garage, workshop and cabin contents were included in the move as was a trailer transport for a sports car. Cost was very reasonable ( we would have paid the same amount via a local Dorset company without the additional packing service). Nick and his team were professional throughout, and it was a pleasure to have them working for us. We moved on what was the hottest week of the year; due to the location of our new home all items had to be transferred from the removals van to a small van , so approx 8 trips were required from the depot in Ammanford to our property, on the hottest day (38 degrees) with the team not complaining at all. Boxes and packing materials were collected once we had finished unpacking. I would strongly recommend Carters to anyone looking for a removals company in the future. Great service. Where do I start with these guys? Nick Carter is a calming influence during one of the most stressful events in your life. Our moving dates went pear shaped and Nick and the guys bent over backwards to get our job done. I cannot recommended them highly enough. They are an amazing, lovely bunch of people.
