I booked a kids fitting this morning and was greeted by a lovely lady downstairs who sent us straight up to be looked after by Sarah - what wonderful service!! She knew her stuff, was fantastic with my two boys and got them sorted with very comfortable, quality school shoes. She also gave plenty of advice on shoes and trainers for the future. An energetic, friendly and superb shoe-fitter! We'll be back again soon! Thank you Sarah and team.

Ash at The Clarks Shop, Carmarthen, was brilliant with our 5 year old twins-very willing to help and patient with kids who just wanted to run in their new shoes!

Sarah was absolutely amazing my daughter has just started walking and I wasn’t sure exactly what size she was she assured me she was definitely a 4 but has a high arch so it looks like she has wide feet she was absolutely lovely!! We look forward to seeing you in 6 weeks x

Massive thank you to Rachel, Sarah and Max today for helping me and my 3 year old with getting new shoes!! We weren’t the easiest of customers with our flat wonky feet, weak ankles and other requirements…but the staff were so friendly and professional, and they really knew their stuff!! They knew exactly what I was looking for and what shoes to suggest 😊 I have been taking my little one here for years and I’m mainly a repeat customer because of the customer service!!
