Powerpools

We elected to go with powerpools because they sold highly regarded jacuzzi hot tubs and we liked the relaxed, no pressure sales pitch by caeli evans, their consultant who took time to answer all our questions and didnt hassle us. we took his advice and tried the demo model which was worth doing as we opted for a larger hot tub to accomodate us all. installation was straightforward after caeli had previously inspected our proposed site. he spent several hours with us as it was installed and afterwards talked through the maintenance which is very easy in reality. after 5 weeks usage we are deighted with the jacuzzi and highly recommend powerpools.

I had gone powerpools to get a pump looked at from an old hot tub i had inherited ,the sales caeli said that they do pre-owned tubs? i arranged to see the pre-owned tubs , caeli & flynn are very easy going no push give good advice ,said it would be cheaper to run than my currant one . so that was it i bought a j355. it was delivered on the friday set up in good time , old one removed, ready to use on saturday . but i had a few issues with the hot tub and could not use it ! i rang powerpools on the monday ,spoke to caeli and flynn about the problems and caeli was to me within the hour . now that's what i call service that's second to none , all working great had a lovely dip , and so far it us cheaper to run . thanks caeli and flynn

A great experience from start to finish, elin was lovely to deal with and managed to arrange a quick delivery during difficult times. delivery was fun but caeli and his team pulled out all the stops, even pulling gate frames off to get it through. nothing was too much trouble. the hot tub itself is amazing!! ultimate quality and is exactly what a hot tub should be.

I have had excellent service while buying my hot tub. caeli was very knowledgeable and very very helpful in helping me choose the right tub for myself. no body pushed me into making a decision and i appreciated that. the after service i have had from caeli and finn has been brilliant. i also find that when i pop into buy chemicals for my tub everyone is helpful. would highly recommend powerpools.

Powerpools fixed a problem with our motorised spa cover. from start to finish the service was impeccable. caeli from powerpools was able to come out the same day and diagnosed the problem down to a failed connector on the electronic control board. powerpools were able to get replacement part foc from the manufacturer under warranty and came out to fit and test it the following week. excellent friendly service from caeli. would not hesitate to use them again.
