The Diplomat Hotel Restaurant and Spa

Sunrise beachfront resort was a slice of paradise on the coast. waking up to the sound of waves and the sight of the sunrise over the ocean was simply magical. our room was clean, comfortable, and had direct beach access. the resort staff were friendly and ensured our every need was met. this is a place where the worries of the world fade away.

Stayed here for work. lovely hotel and facilities. definitely need transport if you want to go out. the staff were fantastic. very friendly and made you feel welcome and at home. julie, jess, and leanne were very nice.

We had our wedding reception here this past weekend. sheldon and the staff were brilliant! everyone was so helpful and kind and nothing was too much trouble for them! the function room has been recently renovated and it looks amazing! and the bedroom was lovely too! thank you everyone again! it was a brilliant evening!

This is the best place to stay in wales. this is the fifth time we have stayed there and never had any complaints. the spa and gym are excellent. the food in the restaurant is top quality. the staff and the service are excellent . we met the owner, mrs jenkins, a lovely friendly lady.

On behalf of my parents david and sandra peters we celebrated our diamond wedding anniversary in the diplomat last sunday. the room was beautifully decorated by the staff. the food was delicious & julie & her team made sure everything ran smoothly. the ladies on reception were also very helpful when i was planning the event. i am so glad we chose the diplomat as our venue . they helped make our special anniversary an evening we will never forget.
