Clean and efficient. helpful staff. two suggestions: (1) open earlier during the weekends; and (2) think about making the lifts electric rather than manual (too many other users forget to close them and then are out of use until you manually close them yourself). but if needed, i would certainly use this facility again.

Built over a large area. has coded locks and cctv monitoring through out. spread across 3 floors but has functional lifts and trolleys to assist you. there is plenty of packing material available to buy as well. the area is neat; free of any insects, pests or smell. there is insurance for stored items as well. i was introduced to their deals by courtney and simon. they gave me sufficient time to consider my options and allowed me flexibility in time and choice. much appreciated. looking forward to continued business.

Absolutely fantastic service from courtney rees, really helpful and thoughtful to my needs. courtney is a huge asset to the company and deserves recognition as the valuable asset she is. i never write reviews which shows just how impressive her level of service was. with regards to the facility itself it’s absolutely immaculate at all times and always felt that my possessions were very secure and extremely well looked after. would throughly recommend without hesitation.

Had a wonderful experience with this company. both when i called and first arrived at the storage place, the staff were incredibly kind and showed me around. when i finished using the storage and wanted to end my contract, the process was also quick and easy. definitely recommend!

From the moment i first visited storage giant in llanelli to when i moved out of my unit i had such wonderful service that i have already been recommending them to others. not only were the units immaculate but, with the attentive and friendly team, i was confident that my entire house contents would be safe in their hands. on one occasion a security inspection showed that i hadn’t locked my unit properly. as i was on holiday, the team kindly replaced the lock and i collected the keys on my return. due to my lack of navigation skills i also visited the swansea office (by mistake) and the staff there were just as helpful. over all, it’s reassuring and evident that the staff all enjoy their jobs and this is a credit to the whole company.
