TUI Holiday Store

Bethan and matthew are assets to the company. couldn’t do enough to help me. left the store with every sorted, even insurance and my stay the night before was sorted for me. a painless, easy experience. definitely wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Excellent service when visiting ammanford tui today. i’ve been looking on the tui app for a summer holiday next year but as this is going to be our first family holiday with the children i felt i needed additional help and advice of locations. with the help of matthew and tracey i came out within 40 mins of entering with our holiday booked and deposit paid. it was fantastic to have their first hand knowledge of the locations discussed and also of prices and plane times. this was a huge help to me! thank you to everyone that was in store today, very welcoming atmosphere and i can’t wait to make memories with the family.

Booked a holiday with lisa, so very grateful for all the time she spent with me, booking hotel, trips, transfers & car parking. nothing was too much trouble for her. excellent service will book all holidays in store as they offer so much more.

I can’t thank matthew and tracey enough for all their help with booking our holiday for next year. nothing is too much trouble for them. they sat with us for an hour looking at different destinations that would suit all 13 of us with our age ranging from 2 to 76. printed off all the destinations we liked for us to look at with everyone else at home. when we went back down today to ask about a different hotel than what they had showed us they jumped straight in to looking at what was around there for us to do with the kids and that the hotel was suitable for my parents and then booking it for us.we can’t wait to make more amazing family fun and memories. i can honestly say they are there to help not just sell you any old holiday, they listen to what you like and take the time to find you a brilliant holiday. it was exactly the same with our last holiday we went on in september, all of the staff in ammanford at one point had dealt with it on different occasions as we were a party of 22 and by the date of going we were a party of 18. the hotel they helped us choose in marrakesh morocco was perfect for all of us which is a big ask when you have a range of ages of 1, 3, 7,8,10 and 11 year olds to the adults early and mid 20’s to the oldest being 75, there was something for us all. we can’t thank them enough for all there help on the saturday before flying on the monday with what had happened out in morocco with the earthquake tracey and one of her colleagues was on the phone and computer for a hour getting all the information for us and reassuring us about going, and then another hour looking at what else would be available for us if the holiday got cancelled. thank you tracey, matthew and all the staff at ammanford. from katrina and all the family x

Cerys at tui deserves a standing ovation, a gold medal, and a parade in her honor. not only did she plan a vacation that was more relaxing than a sloth on a hammock, but her travel advice was so on point that my tan lines are in perfect alignment. she pieced together an itinerary that made me feel like a jet-setting explorer, minus the jet lag and lost luggage. i'm convinced she has a crystal ball that reveals the perfect balance between relaxation and adventure. kudos, cerys, for turning my vacation daydreams into a reality! ✈️🗺️🔮
