Found a juvenile pigeon early Sunday morning outside the house. It looked like a cat had taken a few swipes at it and had a little blood on one wing but no signs of significant injury. Phoned RSPCA first who suggested to give the bird some space and time to recover, then reach out to a vet or wildlife rescue if nothing changes. By the afternoon, no change. Couldn't find a wildlife rescue centre nearby so phoned Carmarthen Veterinary Centre in the afternoon. Fair dos... considering it's a small wild bird they said to bring it over straight away! The lady (sorry, forgot your name) I spoke to and on reception was fantastic. I left a donation too as there was no mention of cost for this and I was more than willing to pay towards treatment. I don't have pets but I'd highly recommend them if you do!
