Cai loves going to the vets always fussed by the girls on reception and of course has his treats. We saw Abbie today she was lovely and spent her time examining Cai and explaining what she was going to do taking samples of his skin and scabs to send off for testing and what treatment we could give him in the short term until the results were back. She read all his previous notes about his allergies and what he was treated with while at our previous vets where we used to live. Cai came out happy as usual and we were both happy that hopefully we will get answers in the next week or two and he will stop itching and scratching which results in big scabs and bald patches.

The staff are very friendly, polite and they definitely love their pets. However the prices are just going up and up, and getting pretty expensive especially the medication. To an extent the vets can't help.

The reception staff are always welcoming take time to interact with the animals. The vet was thorough and professional. Thank you and Well done
