Towy Vets - Carmarthen

The customer service we received from Helen (vet), Gemma (Receptionist) and the team at Towy Vets was outstanding! We are on holiday this week and during our stay, for the second year running, we had to take our springer to Towy Vets as she had injured her elbow (last year she ran into a tree and grazed her eyebrow). Coincidentally, on both occasions we were seen by Helen. Helen was professional and friendly. She examined our springer thoroughly and gently. She was informative and reassuring. From the time I initially phoned to see if there was an appointment available to the time we were leaving the surgery, every member of staff were helpful, kind and friendly. If I lived locally (and not 200 miles away) I would definitely register with Towy Vets.

The only vet we trust and like, even if we have to drive like an hour to get there. Reliable, fair prices, kind staff great service provided every single time. Our dog knows this too and always feels safe. Thank you.

As always, excellent service from the staff at Towy. Lee is always so friendly, giving information as required, being reassuring and not pushing extra medication, unlike some other vet practices I've heard of. We have our dogs and cat registered at Towy and have no hesitation in referring to them to look after our animals.
