Carolyn at Cycles of Change was recommended to me a 2-3 years ago and it was the best decision i ever made to ho and see her. I was aprehensive at first having a phobia of needles (mainly from blood test) and having had nhs accupuncture before (which is very poor in comparrison) i was very suprised at the difference in quality, understanding and explanations about certain points. I went in feeling sluggish and fatigued to running for a bus just a couple of hours after my first treatment. I felt amazing and ready to face the world. Theres no better feeling than laying down relaxing and feeling your day to day stresses float away. I recommend Cycle of Change to everyone theyre are Amazing 🙂

This beautiful practise offers such a gentle vibe, before you even have a treatment you will feel relaxed by the calm atmosphere and the kind nature of each of the therapists. I have received Shiatsu treatments from Kerry which helped me to manage a stressful time. Quite quickly I fell into deep relaxation and experienced the benefit of the treatment both in my mind and within my whole body. I felt totally supported, cared for and nurtured during the treatment. I have recommended family and friends to Cycles of Change and everyone’s experience is positive. Carolyn, the Acupuncturist, has created a wonderful healing environment where I feel at home and confident that I am supported by professionals.
