Respectful and caring practitioner, Helen Guo’s acupuncture session was effecting in relieving my problems

I have been visiting Helen on and off for the last 6-7 years for a severe case of a double whiplash injury. At its worst, I would sob in pain and no amount of pain relief would touch it and the frustration of trying to get comfortable enough to be able to sleep with no luck was exhausting and the severity was only exasperated in the cold winter months. Doctors have prescribed strong pain relief tablets which left me feeling like I wasn’t on this planet, numerous hospital appointments, scans, X-rays, physio, you name it, I’ve tried it. Acupuncture along with cupping and massage with Helen really is the only thing that’s ever made me comfortable again since my injury’s. A few sessions with Helen just before the weather turns too cold in the winter months and I’m right as rain and pain free again for around 8/9 months. The woman is simply magic (not to mention the sweetest soul you will ever meet) and I can honestly say I will still be seeing her for as long as she is around to keep me pain free. I dread the day she retires :( Thank you Helen!

Helen hS treated me over the years for various ailments and been 100% satisfied with the results. Latest one was neck and back of head pain unable to turn my head at all. After 7 months of waiting to see a consultant and having xrays I could wait no longer. 3 weeks into treatment and Helen had 90% cured me. Also during hot weather my ankles swell up so much I can't get my shoes on. Helen gave me a prescription and and it worked straight the way, I was even able to treat myself to new sandals. It was so good I bought a repeat prescription ,just need more sun now haha. She has also treated my daughters but nose breads headaches back pain and eczema with brilliant results. Thoroughly recommend her

Just wonderful! I cannot thank Helen enough for what she has done, and continues to do, for me. I have seen and felt such huge differences in myself. I no longer have NHS treatment for my fibromyalgia as Helen keeps it under control, my weight is going down, my headaches have all but gone, my posture improved... The list goes on. I cannot recommend her enough.

Helen has magic hands! I went there by my friend's recommendation, and I don’t regret any pound I spent on our treatments. I had multiple issues with my health for years, I feel like I got my second life now. I had about 40 visits and I still keep it going because I can see a big difference!
