Tarpey Gallery

The building used for the gallery is a perfect location. It's located a short walk from the "hustle and bustle" of Castle Donington. Art is a very subjective matter, but i'm sure there is something for everyone in there.

As a previous exhibitor and regular visitor I consider Tarpey Gallery to be a superb regional as well as local hub for art. The quality of the artwork and the ambience in the gallery is always first class and gallery owner Luke Tarpey ensures a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests and fellow artists alike. I would hugely recommend you make every effort to visit.

The fabulous Tarpey Galley has a new Open Exhibition commencing 22nd July, not to be missed. Always a warm welcome from owner/artist Luke. Exhibitions all year round check the website.

A lovely gallery accessed up the private drive and turn right into the back garden. A variety of artists over two floors, mostly abstract and of a high caliber. We found the gallery owner to be welcoming and friendly with knowledge about processes used by the artists. Accessibility: The gallery's ground floor is not one level and has a couple of low steps to negotiate should you have poor mobility. The upstairs is also worth looking at however this is accessed via a steep staircase, (with 2 handrails). There is no lift. Would recommend.
