First time experience was delightful. i am pleased with the care and good costumer service they have. i also liked lawrence’s work on my hair and beard. looking forward for my second visit. a tip, book way in advance otherwise you might not find a time suitable for you. however, their booking site is very easy to use.

Really impressed with my first experience here. i was quite skeptical at first but i gotta give it to tom he was very understanding and professional. the atmosphere was very chilled out and couldn't ask for anything better especially in these times. had the best hair cut ever and i would highly recommend ap to anyone!

Had a long overdue bear trim with cameron who did a great job with a few pointers from alistair who usually does my beard. the missus likes it so thumbs 👍🏽 up.

My partner & son started going here a few months ago after we tried a few other places in loughborough (only down to not being organised and booking). firstly staff actually will do their best if it’s last minute and keep in touch if they get a space or squeeze them in if they’re not organised. hair cut is by far the best my sons ever had and my partner seems noticeably more confident after having is hair and beard trimmed too! ap have even helped me get my dopey teenage son to stop trimming his tufty bit at the top of his head 🤣 won’t go anywhere else - son & partner would prefer to just have long hair if they can’t get in is the overall consensus apparently!
