I went there to get my hair retwisted (24, male). I couldn't find many places in London alone that did the kind of wax retwisting that I wanted, let alone in Loughborough. Joyfull Beauty attended tonmy needs perfectly. The service was brilliant, the styling very efficient, and the lady was super nice to talk to. Would definitely recommend!

I had an excellent experience with Jean. She told me the process every step of the way. I had a 1 hour Swedish massage and a gel manicure. I slept so well after having the massage! First time getting my hair braided I wasn’t sure about how I would look but she done an amazing job so I went back again, she takes her time to make it perfect and satisfy her customer! would highly recommend!!!
