So glad I bought my bike from Pedal Power. Lots of helpful guidance from Lucy and Tom helped load it into my car. Really great customer service and high quality selection of bikes for sale. A great shop.

Always a great time going to Pedal Power, Glenn, Lucy, Guy & Tom all ensure everything is perfect, Glenn’s knowledge is vast, being an ex professional rider and Guy is one of the best mechanics out there, from buying kit or just dropping in for a coffee and a chat it’s always a pleasure!

I left my bike for repair. Even though it was not bought from this store (next time I will buy from them), they were very ok and decided to keep the bike for checking/repairs. Thank you Pedal Power

We were on holiday when my sons bike broke. We tried many shops and then we met Glen at Pedal Power. He was great and nothing was too much trouble. He took my sons bike home with him and went above and beyond to repair it and deliver it to our holiday accommodation over 30 minutes drive away. What great service! So much so that I will most definitely be travelling all the way from Cornwall to see them when I get my new road bike later in the year. Great stuff, thank you!!!

Tom, Lucy and Glen are always very welcoming and most willing to help with any bike issues I can’t deal with myself. There’s a good range of bikes, accessories and clothing too. Highly recommended!
