A warm welcome, great care taken at every contact point (prompt attention when telephoning, work booked in at a convenient time). My vehicle needed some unexpected extra work which was handled professionally and carefully as to not cost me an unexpected large extra amount of cost. Great value service and MOTs offered. I wouldn't consider using a main dealership after I've used Charnwood Car Company for a number of years now. Their personal and 5☆ customer service alone is the reason I'm always happy to recommend this garage.

Genuinely the best customer service I've ever experienced! Having never had to bring my car to a garage before I was apprehensive that as a young woman I might be taken advantage of and overcharged, however Mel and the 2 other members of staff I encountered were all so friendly and welcoming. Took no time at all to quickly identify the issue with my car and get it fixed, and price was incredibly reasonable - especially with student discount on top. Couldn't recommend this garage more☺️

Not only did they go above and beyond to get my car in, but they also provided me with an alternative option to repair the car which saved me large sums of money.
