Would just like to say a very big thank you to all at F G Cars .I brought a car from the dealership and last week I noticed a problem with the automatic gearbox. I contacted the carage explained the situation I was told to bring the car back to them and they would have a look at the car. I explained to them due to my work it could take a week before I could manage to return the car back to them. This wasn't a problem for them and when I explained the time I could return the car this also wasn't a problem even though it would be after the carage would be closed. Kiran kindly wait for me to arrive. The car was taken out for a test drive the problem was found and the gearbox was completely serviced and reset to the manufacturer's recommended spec my surprise was to see the car looking like new as a full valet had also been carried out. So the car not only looks new it now drives like new.once again a very big thank you to all the team involved at F G Cars for all your efforts in making this customer very happy . After having spent a while looking around for a van and being put off by dodgy looking dealers and various google reviews etc I came across FG Cars. The place looks the part and comes complete with no pressure friendly staff and a free hot drink or 2. My van came with a 3 month engine and gearbox warranty which I believe is standard with any purchase from them. I will say that my vehicle suffered a failure after 2 weeks of having it. But in fairness to them it was repaired free of charge as per the warranty and I got it back in a good amount of time. Would still recommend and have recommended since to other people looking for a vehicle as I felt the repair being done with no ifs or buts proves the place is decent. Thanks!
