Mark did such a great job on our carpets, sofas and armchairs. He responded to my emails super quickly and it was so easy to arrange an appointment. Fresh start have just completed a clean and reseal of my travertine kitchen floor. I am so impressed with the results. It looks like a new floor. Mark was very professional and personable and his attention to detail was great, ensuring all staining was removed. He also cleaned a couple of rugs that have come up like new.
