Took in my laptop to replace the fan. Sorted incredibly quickly and back with me the same day. A few days later an issue occurred with the fan. (We found out later nothing to do with the service). Took it back in, identified the issue and sorted it right away free of charge. A trustworthy service at good value.

Can't rate highly enough, had a disaster of damaging my laptop with coffee, CE computer consumables were able to get me in straight away, save my hard drive and gave me some great advice about new laptops! Service was great!

After seeing so many good reviews we called up to check if we were able to swing by and get our PC checked after it bricked itself. Charlie was happy to check and was honest and said he couldn't make any promises. We got there and the atmosphere was so friendly. We showed him the tower and he checked through and explained clearly what had happened and how he could fix it. He didn't put pressure on us or use any sales tactics and was happy for us to go away and think on it but honestly we trusted his judgement and in turn trusted him. We're used to waiting for parts to be ordered and a week or two delay, so it wasn't a bother if we had to wait. However, we were surprised when he said it would be sorted by Monday (we'd come in on the Friday). Even more surprisingly we got a call 3 or 4 hours later saying we could pick up the PC. We'd never had a turnover this quickly. We are so happy with this service, the fact he took the time and care to explain what he had done and also setting up time to go through and help his customers on how to set it up after an upgrade or update just shows how good he is at his job. For any computer repairs - we will only be using Charlie and we would recommend Charlie to everyone in the area.

Absolutely amazing service really friendly and welcoming helped my son build a gaming PC and tought him all he needs to know about it I have 1 extremely happy boy very highly recommended

Charlie managed to repair my laptop and got it working perfectly. He was very honest and down to earth. Top guy would highly reccomended. He won't waste your time and is very reasonable to deal with.
