Ascent Dental Care Loughborough

I had an emergency appointment today and Mandeep and Ellie were great at not only explaining what was happening with my tooth extraction but also keeping me calm as I was very nervous. The extraction its self was quick and in no way uncomfortable. I am very greatful to them both for putting me at ease and the being professional throughout the appointment

I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Shiv and Alex. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed and at ease. Dr. Shiv is exceptionally skilled, he took the time to thoroughly explain procedures and ensure I felt comfortable every step of the way. He is the best. 🌸

The staff at this dentist are all so very lovely and friendly. I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 10 years due to feeling anxious about dental treatment and they made me feel at ease throughout my dental treatment plan. Mandeep was great at taking me through some breathing exercises and both her and Ellie checked on me continuously throughout my appointment. Thanks guys! See you in 6 months xx

Thank you so much ! From the first step into Ascent Dentist I was welcomed and reassured that I would be treated to suit my fears. I am terrified of the dentist but after meeting the receptionist,the nurse then the actual dentist I felt that I could actually go through with my treatment. I had an initial examination then was advised what treatment I needed.I felt so relieved that I agreed to have the treatment. I made my appointment for root canal and fillings under sedation! WOW! On the day of treatment I arrived and was put at ease by all welcoming,smiling staff,it really is a good environment! Had my treatment and taken. Home_ no side effects but best of all no pain.
