I have been using this place for almost 10 years in and off while visiting loughborough . the staff are super friendly and helpful. plenty of machines . the dryers are very big . highly recommend this place for laundry
I had two suitcases of laundry and the ladies in there were super helpful and patient with me. thank you
Absolutely fantastic service, so helpful & friendly. i don't use laundrettes very often so was a little unsure of settings on machines or how much money to use in the dryers. thank you jo for your help yesterday,what a lovely lady 😊 highly recommend to all 👍
Used facilities today, washing and drying first time using a laundrette. i have to say great value for money with everything thats going on regarding gas and electric prices at the moment. the staff there really go above and beyond for me today helping me and going through how it all works ect. customer service was amazing. the girls really do make you feel welcome. ill definitely be using again. highly recommend.
Really efficient and clean inside. was impressed by most machines working and lady at the counter who was helpful and friendly. go for it!
