Brilliant experience, dave was really helpful and was great at keeping in contact to let us know about the progress of the sale. we had a short turnaround needed between deciding to sell and getting our house on the market and he worked really hard to get it on (with a very professional looking advert and video) very quick. great service throughout would highly recommend. hopefully we are now in our forever home so won’t need to use them again but would definitely if needed.

Purchased my house via charnwood living. have to particularly mention chris who oversaw the sale. even though i wasn't his client he kept in touch with me all the time keeping me updated. he even went out of his way to keep tabs on any updates on his days off. thankyou chris on making sure everything went smoothly through to completion.
