Hannons was recommended, Sam was both professional without being pushy and had a sense of humour. The process was explained clearly without all the jargon that can sometimes be acompanied with the property ladder. All i asked was that she was transparent throughout the negotiations and we were involved in a long and some what difficult chain. In summary Hannons Estate agents were professional and always kept you informed , they (Sam) would always reply to sms or emails and of course remained postive when things were not falling into place.
