Craig has been the perfect estate agent. From our first meeting setting out what he does, the different approaches to marketing everything has been as Craig said. Craig was very understanding of our situation, and needs. He also, genuinely, was available whenever we needed, and if not very quick to respond, we were kept inform throughout the process. We saw Craig on social media and were drawn to his unique marketing style. This included creating interest in the house before it was even on the market. The photos were outstanding and this and his strong knowledge of how to use social media to his advantage most certainly contributed to the immediate sale of our property. Craig made an unfamiliar process quick and easy for us and was available when required to provide assistance and reassurance.
