We recently purchased our first home through Newton Fallowell and the service we received from making the offer to completion was absolutely brilliant. We were in constant communication with the agents and always updated with information. We would like to make a special mention to Jake who was brilliant as he was aware of our current situation and the length of time we were looking a property. Jessica and Sue were also amazing and would highly recommend them as an outstanding agent.

We couldn’t be more thankful to Sue, Richard, Lauren and everyone at Newtown Fallowell who helped us sell our house quickly. The photography, the Facebook live video, and social media promotion they did was fantastic, and it definitely helped generate a lot of interest in our property. Throughout the process we were kept extremely well informed, the communication was excellent. Sue in particular was fantastic at keeping on top of everything and ensuring the transaction went smoothly. We were working really tight deadline, and we’re really grateful to her for helping us achieve it.

Really friendly to deal with, no issues so far. Haven't yet bought through them but just from a communication side of things they were great. Elliot who showed us around some properties was also very polite and helpful.

This is the second property we’ve successfully sold via Newton Fallowell Loughborough. Generally very good communication, and they showed understanding of the fact that this particular property was a rental with tenants in situ. Using solicitors they recommended meant they could chase up where necessary. The only slightly frustrating thing was during production of the sales brochure when several fairly obvious errors meant it took some back and forth to get it right. But overall would definitely use them again.

Absolutely superb and professional service from start to finish. All agents clearly are very knowledgeable and without their negotiation skills and expertise we would not be where we are today in our new home. We could not recommend Newton Fallowell highly enough and we would never use another agent to sell a house.
