First class experience from initial meeting with debbie, follow up meeting with leisa and the funeral service at loughborough crematorium assisted by scott.

From the initial contact to the end of the funeral we were dealt with respect, compassion and efficiency. scott kept us informed and up-dated throughout. all arrangements were completed excellently . as the funeral was at the natural burial ground we were pleased to be guided to the grave side then left to carry out our own service. the only thing that in retrospect we would have changed would be for the coffin to be lowered into the grave at the start rather than at the end. it was explained that this was a health and safety precaution to stop anyone falling in. with respect i believe it should be the family who decide such a thing and ensure safety measures are taken.

The support and care i received from scott at at ginns & gutteridge was wonderful. i was arranging my father's cremation & service. scott was respectful and encouraging but most importantly he listened. this meant that the service was perfect for my dad. scott recommended a lovely minister who conducted a very personal service. the crematorium at loughborough was ideal. thank you.

Absolutely first class service from start to finish, words are simply not enough to express my gratitude to becky , debbie and scott and the outstanding celebrant denise at such a difficult time , the empathy, care and compassion shown to me was simply outstanding, a huge well done and the biggest thanks ever from myself and my family.
