From the first phone call with julie, i knew we were in good hands. i wanted to buy a pre-paid funeral plan for my sister and our first attempt, with another company, had been a very bruising experience. julie was welcoming and helpful, caring and empathetic, thoughtful and thoroughly professional. she guided us through the process, making sure that my sister understood everything and was happy with the arrangements. i feel very reassured to know that, when the time comes, kriss and his wonderful team will ensure my sister is given the funeral that she wants.

My dad recently passed away and, having heard good things, me and my family decided to go to kriss morrison-cooper; it was the best decision we could have made. they showed genuine care and compassion from the very start, even bowing in respect of my dad when they picked him up. every step of the journey was made as easy as it could possibly be for us. all of the staff are absolutely wonderful. kriss morrison-cooper himself was at the forefront every step of the way; he and his team couldn’t do more for my family. thank you so much for giving my dad by far the most respectful, dignified and beautiful final journey we could ever have imagined. jake adams

Unfortunately i have had to use kriss morrison cooper twice in the last six months once for my mother and more recently my wife. i can not thank kriss and his staff enough for the care, compassion and service provided. it was without doubt first class and both my mother and wife would have been very proud. the staff could not do enough for you and i am convinced you would not get better service anywhere. excellent service and would highly recommend.
