After searching round some very good quality shops we found the sofa's we we're looking for here at pickworth furnishing. and although there was a wait for the items to be built we are delighted with them. i can't fault mike and the staff who we're very helpful at all times. and the delivery team we're also first class when they transported and completed the fit at our house. thank you. steve and sue

Taken delivery of sofas today from pickworths very pleased with them . the service from mike and his team has been excellent . staff were very helpful and patient when visited the shop to select furniture. we was kept informed of delivery dates and progress and emails answered promptly. 5 star service will definitely use again

The service here was fantastic: angela and michael were patient, friendly, helpful, and clearly knew what would work well and in what order they should be bought. the quality of the furniture here is unbeatable, and the sofa was made to order and in the uk too. great value for money for better quality than somewhere like john lewis or heals with faster lead times. highly recommend and will use again.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish! we had the support & help when choosing our sofa & the delivery was impeccable & respectful with the delivery drivers taking their shoes off & assembling the sofa for us we had absolutely nothing to stress about! thank you very much, we love our new sofa!
