Petra is brilliant! Friendly and professional and her salon is like being in a relaxing spa... Such a talented stylist and the salon experience is such a treat every time I go there. I went for a cut and finish recently and the finish on my hair (styled curly) lasted for a good few days. I wouldn't go anywhere else.. I have a colour appointment booked in next month which I am looking forward to!

Amazing service 10/10 I cannot recommend Petra Bentley enough. Maddie is such an amazing hairdresser, my hair looks phenomenal and I keep receiving so many compliments. I’m moving to Manchester soon but considering coming back to Loughborough just for Maddie! Staff are so nice, highly highly recommend. 💛

I have been using this salon for over a year now and have always been well looked after by Petra and her team. They are all very welcoming and professional. Recently trying out tape hair extensions which were applied by Maddie. I'm loving them, thank you lots !!
