I was extremely satisfied with the service and care provided in respect of my father by a&j assisted living/radfield home care. as i live over 300 miles away, i was very grateful to have had such a professional, safe, caring and responsive organisation handling my father’s care. some of the highlights: -the owners/registered manager undertook a thorough evaluation of my father’s needs and his preferences prior to starting his care package. this enabled the establishing of a very personalised package of care - which was very important for my father as he had previously been living a very active and independent life. - i was confident that my father was safe in his own home due to the quality of care provided. he was treated with dignity and respect and the carers (and owners/registered manager) created a friendly, yet professional, environment. - the staff were obviously very well trained as they professionally maintained boundaries (while being caring and friendly) and kept to the guidelines set out in the contract with my father - they were extremely responsive to changes - for example to accommodate changes to needs/calls due to hospital stays and appointments - they were very supportive and responsive in sourcing additional support for my father, for example, sourcing and booking a podiatrist - i feel confident that any queries or concerns i had about my fathers care and health could be raised with the owners/registered manager and i always received a prompt and effective response - all communications were extremely professional, efficient and useful. for example rotas and invoicing. i can honestly say that my father would have not made such a positive transition to a very different way of life without the care and support of a&j assisted living/radfield home care. it also gave me piece of mind and enabled me to concentrate on other support he required. so i say “well done a&j assisted living/radfield home care. “

Radfield have been providing care for my mother for over a year and i would highly recommend them. they care for my mum with dignity and compassion and have formed a positive bond with her and she enjoys their visits all staff are professional but friendly and take time to get to know the family. they keep us informed of who will be visiting. they are proactive in reporting any health concerns to both myself and the relevant professionals.
