Always get good advice and friendly attention. Of all the retail outlets I have ever used I have found EMC Tiles at Loughborough to be the most genuine and helpful. And that is saying something.

Had a good look around,chose 3-4 possible and were able to bring samples home to try. Very friendly,helpful staff, looking forward to seeing their products fitted in my bathroom.

In some places you feel like they're only interested in trying to maximise their profit. Here, though, they listen to you and put the customer first.
