Bosworth Hall Hotel & Spa

Lovely staff and beautiful location, but as many others reviews state, the rooms are tired. The bathroom was worn with loose handles on the bath. Unfortunately my room had been smoked in, which was quite unpleasant to say the least.l, though this isn’t the fault of the hotel, it does need airing. The temperature was quite cool which wasn’t comfortable; another guest raised this while I was checking in, I saw no improvement. Overall disappointing. I don’t leave bad reviews lightly, but feel I need to share this. For the price, I’ve stayed in better.

The setting for the hotel is terrific. Check in was painless. There were trollies available to get your heavy luggage to the rooms. All areas were clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful, polite and considerate always willing to help. We attended a function there and the service and layout of the room was excellent. A very good stay and look forward to going again.

I visited for 3 nights on a Caledonian Travel tour rooms were a good size and the comfortable beds and meals were nice as well from the buffet. I couldn't fault the place at all I didn't get a chance to use the spa but it was advised to book a week in advance before a visit. Plenty of area to walk around if you want too.

Attended a dinner dance and meal with overnight stay here. It was stunning. The staff, although really busy, were brilliant. Excellent dinner and the self service breakfast in the morning was fresh and hot. Would definitely recommend for a couple of nights away break.
