Quorn Country Hotel

First bedroom the toilet didn't work so we changed rooms. No tea or coffee in the rooms. No mattress protector on the beds. Only a warm bath. A pair of knickers outside on the path . Not the wife's!! Place needs a bit of tlc . We have stayed in quite a few hotels in the area which are a lot better. Could be lovely.

A fantastic hotel with an old fashioned look that is well kept and provides a great place to stay for access to Loughborough. The surrounding village of Quorn is also very nice. An excellent cooked breakfast was provided the following morning.

The Hotel was in a pleasant area , the staff were very nice and worked hard but did not service rooms and the rooms were constantly cold as were the eating areas which caused the food to get cold very quickly. Because of this we all (10 of us ) ate out.

Excellent location, very clean, but maybe a little updating required. Staff friendly & helpful, but house staff need to pay a little more attention to detail as no phone in the room to call reception as only 1 bath towel & 1 hand towel in room but 2 guests. Didn't get to try food as the restaurant was closed on a Sunday evening.
