Mum passed away in April and she had said she wanted me to have her jewellery turned into a ring for me so I searched the internet for a jeweller and found Helen who's work looked modern and different, just what I wanted. I visited her in Melbourne and exchanged texts and emails to make sure the ring was just right and I am happy to say it is a perfect memory of mum. I contacted Helen via phone and discussed mending my broken gold signet ring that was my dad's. It has huge sentimental value and between us we decided what to do. She melted it down and produced a stunning shiny gold band with a lovely shape to it. She is so understanding and helpful, a true crafts woman. I have today picked up my mum’s wedding ring which Helen has remodeled with my birthstone, I was quite taken back! It is beautiful! The ring has sat in my jewel box for over 12 years not wanting to part with it but also not wanting to wear it in its original form. I feel now I’ve got my mum and dad with me whenever I wear it, which will be lots! Helen also resized my engagement ring with gold from an emerald cluster ring also belonging to my mum. The cluster has been made into a charm which I can attach to my freshwater pearl bracelet. Thank you Helen for your hard work, skill and care with these special items. Your quality of work is outstanding. I will be able to love and enjoy them in the years to come.
