My mum fell over in her living room and left the key in the other side of the door so i couldn't get in so i called locksmiths loughborough and they sent a lovely man out within 40 minutes. he was such a kind gentleman and even helped me get my mum back in her chair as i wasn't strong enough. he also changed the lock to a lock that has a turn function on the inside so she couldn't leave her key in the door next time i need to get in. brilliant service! if i could give six stars i would.
