Bed City Loughborough

Extremely disappointed with our service here. At first it seemed great. We went in a couple different times and it seemed great at the beginning. The customer service was great, he took some money off for us and we were very happy. First bad sign was when the bed was delivered to us with only half of what we ordered, and a second half of an uneven different frame. It took a long time for us to eventually get everything sorted and our “guaranteed” delivery never was met. We called up a few times and eventually we were met with hostility and were made to feel very uncomfortable about making a complaint. I understand that mistakes can happen however the level this went to for me was unacceptable. The bed frame isn’t terrible but the mattress is. It makes a lot of noise and has lost all its quality within 6 months of buying. I would have come back to the guys at the shop but we went to Leicester bed city which was the main one we were told to go to and still got refused any help.

Fantastic service and good quality product. I went with my partner to get a new bed frame and Kai was extremely helpful in ensuring we chose the right product and his product knowledge really made us both feel at ease that we were making the right choice. When we went to other stores we were met by staff that didn't know anything and were extremely unhelpful. Would highly Recommend Kai and Bed City, really good service from start to finish.

Bed City Loughborough is so damn awesome! Kai was my sales rep and he did a really good job. Answered all of my questions in a straightforward way. Got straight to the point on all things. And within 5 minutes of entering the shop I walked away with a mattress that I loved. Really good service.

Not pushy at all, able to answer any questions. Good price as i was on a budgetAllowed me time to consider all the options. Delivery was on time, cost £10, only thing I didn't really like was the cost to have it taken upstairs £5. Moved it upstairs myself. Would recommend

Cannot recommended Bed City enough! Kai was extremely patient and helpful when choosing the fabrics, design and other choices for our bed, offering his expert advice where necessary. He assisted in helping to match fabric colours to our design choices for the room and offered advice where possible, nothing was ever too much hassle for him. The ordering process couldn’t have been easier, the delivery was quick and the delivery team were willing to go the extra mile when delivering the bed to a specific room in the house for me. The bed is of unmatched quality, and the ottoman storage is solid and sturdy. I have had endless compliments on the bed since it had arrived. Cannot fault the amazing customer service, incredible quality and the competitive prices. This really is a company that goes above & beyond. I would recommend this company to everyone and will always use this company when buying beds or mattresses in the future.
