This was our first visit to Bensons and I was impressed at the choice of beds available and staff knowledge

The staff were very friendly and helpful at the store and were happy to show me the different types of beds. The whole process of purchase and delivery was very easy and stress free. This was my third purchase from Bensons For Beds. Would recommend

Preti was an excellent member of staff, she walked us through our options and went through a few quotes. No pressure at all as she advised us to go away and think about our choices. We came back five days later and she sold us the right bed for us. It was a great price and great service. Would happily give her our business again.

when it comes to service and warranty matters, I DO NOT RECOMMEND ! ! ! The first gentleman from HomeService who came to the bed didn't want to check the mattress because he had an order only to check the bed, but he saw the photos on my phone and said that it shouldn't be like that. After the first visit I didn't get any answer and the matter of the mattress was not explained so I decided to write again. After a week, you called asking what's going on with the mattress? (I remind you that in the history of the email there were all previous photos and presentations with an explanation) after another week, a gentleman from Home Service contact us and we arranged a appointment, this time regarding the inspection of the mattress. This time another man from the same company "HomeService" came, measured the mattress, did not remove the mattress cover and after a 5-minute visit he said that he did not see the problem. two different gentlemen from the same company and two different opinions. HE WILL NOT LEAVE THIS CASE LIKE THIS AND WILL NOT LET IT GO
