Dreams have an excellent range of beds. in particular the service from sammi was perfect. she provided all the information we needed to make an informed decision. no pressure selling and service with a smile.

Excellent experience, richard was very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. we had lots of time to choose, offered a drink and an opportunity to use the dreams mattress matching service. we ordered one of the recommended ones which is being delivered in less than a week free of charge, with our old one being taken away.

An absolutely wonderful experience & with service and the customer care shown by ash (prakash), it was a pleasure choosing a bed. ash greeted my wife & i and listened to what we were used too & looking for. he then proceeded to explain the process and asked if we happy with that. after a slumber test, he very easily and professionally explained what was on offer and took us through all of our options. after a walk around, more information sharing, the choice was easy. thank you ash & dreams, wonderful.

Perfect customer service totally tailored to you, that's what i received in store today. needed a new bed to help with many aches and pains, also needed it to be light enough to get sheets etc on and off, not too expensive, my list of requirements went on but they handled all of them. richard was first class in considering my requests, offering options, time given, expertise etc (thank you). highly recommended. will shop there again and soon as my eldest needs a new bed too.
