Was an absolute delight to go into store to sort out my phone. Everyone was very helpful and went out of their way to sort my issues. The service was flawless and the network connection is perfect as described at a really competitive price! Would definitely recommend going into store for any help or information you need as there is no obligation and they’re not pushy at all- so much better than my experience with EE!

Went in on Tuesday morning with my Ukrainian refugee. They are issuing free SIM cards for a month. Although I was the first one to approach them, all three assistants were positive, helpful and after investigation sorted us out.

OK, So Vicki from the Loughborough store has just been helping me out in an online chat to arrange Mifi and a mobile SIM. I was comparing '3' with EE/O2. Vicki just blew the competition away with her knowledge, patience and flexibility to understand what my needs were and find the best solution for me. If only all customer service was like this.
